Duck Tape Usage

Duck tape should be able to be used, on any clothing, to bring it up to Damged state. It would be able to be used on itmes like Down Jacket and Rain Coat too.

I expect there is a bigger plan for duct tape in the future, same as pliers and wrenches !

In a country that currently rains 75% of the time and the ludicrous lack of rain coats, I reckon duct tape should be able to repair them like sewing kits can clothing.

 

I know the devs are testing weather and cold etc, but the focus of the game should not be hunting for a rain coat.

Should be able to tape the handle of Sawn-Off weapons to improve handling and prevent hand injuries (which should be added due to the increased recoil these types of weapons give)
