In my case something like this challenge wouldn't be very hard. I almost always have a full canteen on me and sometimes 2. I drink from almost every well I see and will drink all on any bottle I find. Most game gives you more than enough food. Kill 2 boars and you'll be good for awhile. I also always keep myself at least dark green on energy and hydration.
