paradogz 19 Posted September 23, 2014 (edited) Almost all the time, when I join a server, I get an infinite "please wait". That is really frustrating for I have got to close Steam and wait a good 5 minutes to make sure it does not happen.Sometimes when I spawn (1 time out of 5) I get " your are dead ". I need to exit steam to have a chance to play again, with a chance of getting the "please wait again". Most of the time I spawn naked next to a piano house.Sometimes when I walk some stairs, all the stuff in my jeans gets ruined for no reason.My leg actually broke in some cases. Giving that most of the gun/ammos are located on first/second floor, this is really frustrating when it happens.You only need one shot to kill a zed with a axe. That's fine I like that. But why on earth would it take 10+ with ANY other weapon ? I mean a crowbar is quite powerful, this has no sense to me. The "You re dead" thing seems strange when you re a fresh spawn, if you re not a fresh spawn it means you logged off in a place you shouldn t have and someone killed you when you came back. The ruined pants while going upstairs seems odd, if you could provide a video this could be helpful. About the melee weapons, the only weapons you should look for are the axes and pickaxe anything else could lead to disappointing death. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Make sure you use official servers, i was getting the please wait crap, then checked and it was probably a poor quality server. The ones that say Dayz FL-2 or wherever they are based and hosted by gameservers.com. The Vilayer ones might be good too. Good luck... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
belphegor_goatzombie 100 Posted September 23, 2014 Yesterday i also got "You are dead" for every "respawn" i hit, tho i resolved it as you do by restarting steam and reentering game (i tried several servers before that, same result, lost an hour on that).I broke my legs just by standing near the window (and no, nobody could hit me on that position if you think i got shot and did not hear a bullet).Unfortunately you need to wait until their programmer learn how to program so this silly bugs/unbalanced features get fixed.
