after that because of new patch GORKA military or Raincoat so i dont need to take care of weather xD this items are pretty OP i can run all day just like befour

Jacket, Food, Axe (or any other weapon). First 3 things I look for, because it's needed to survive the first 15-30 minutes. Next is a backpack. (bandages i usually get from my t-shirt)

The Vybor spawn is the only one I know of that spawns you without clothes.

Well shit damn.. that had passed through my mind but my freind said he spawned near cherno... NAKED.. well no clothes anyway

Axe, coat and a bag of some sorts is my top three. Something to drop the zeds with and all those extra pockets and inventory slots.

Mind you, I'm running around carrying 5 different guns at the moment so I need all that extra space :).
