Just got a server, but the name of server doesnt show up on DayZ Co.

Hey ya'll.

 

My friend and I recently purchased an overpoch server, and  have an issue.

 

In DayZ Commander, our server only shows up with the greyed out IP address of the server, instead of having the name of it showing up. We submitted a ticket to our hosting company, SurvivalServers, but they haven't gotten back to us.

 

Without the name showing up, we wont get any players, and with no players, we wont have a server, so if anyone here can help, that would be great.

have you checked to see if dayz launcher works? Commander is kinda not used as much anymore
