Shadow problem / white flashes since 0.49 (video attached)

I have spotted a couple of issues since 0.49. The shadows appear broken and when indoors there are white flashes that appear. Video attached.

CHANGELOG: Stable - 0.49.124971

Issues :

-Broken shadows in some cases
