ok so I updated dayz and I join the game my settings are good exept my inventory it appears far away and larger like its zoomedd out and the items in it are smaller please help me

I think it gets smaller for every new thread you make on the forums...

 

Check your video settings. Play around with UI resolution settings or whatever is there.

 

Otherwise keep posting the same topic, and with any luck your UI will become so small that it will eventually invert and start to grow larger again.

It's also against the rules - which you should have read before posting.

 

 

And CornProducts is correct - there should be an option for your UI size in the Video Settings. Try changing that.
