Connecting Failed to specific servers

Every time I try to connect to specific servers (all KC, TX, Chicago) I get "connecting failed". I can connect to other servers just fine. I have been having this issue for a couple weeks now and finally decided to make a post here. I have eliminated the possibility of it being a wrong version of ArmA or Dayz. The only possible one that I can think of is that my firewall is blocking some connection for these specific servers but I am unable to adjust my firewall due to internal issues. I would like to get some outside opinions/help on this issue since my friends really like playing on servers that I cant.

Do you happen to have a security program such as PeerBlock installed. The TX servers are listed under Cenega and IGN for me and blocked as a potentially harmful server. Might be your issue as well.
