Servers only 15:00-18:00?

A large portion of the servers that I find that have persistence on are only running times 15:00 to 18:00 (just before night time). Is this right? Am I just looking at the wrong servers?

If only they were only 15-18... 99 percent of the servers that I play restart every god damn minute. It's like you are about to snipe someone and....no message received. This patch so far is the WORST.

The best input I can give you is that when a server restarts, the time is set to 14:00, unless the owner set it to something else. The thing is, most servers reset every 4 (bloody hell, sometimes even 2) hours to reset loot spawns.
