The new Gorka/MASKA helmet.

Well,I found a few in the new tent city in the West.

 

Both helmets and visors I found were badly damaged, but clip the two together and they'll be pristine. And you can't unclip them.

Additionally you can wear a gasmask with it, but it doesn't quite work right....

I hope they allow some sort of gasmask attachment, I'd love to be a proper Metro2033 survivor. Edit:Just realised this glitch only shows in the inventory,it looks as it should on in 3rd person.

actually if you look at your character in third person mode the graphics seem to be fine. Its the inventory system character model view that seems bugged not the actual in game graphics of the character.
