When this happened a few builds ago it only happened to people with lower settings. High end rigs with medium or higher settings weren't affected. I hope it's not gone back to that!

mine is higher-end with higher settings.  rains inside buildings.  started only with this patch.

thanks not just me ,i made a locust report or what ever you want to call it , there was one there too had to make a new account there tho ,
