Failed Creating Direct 3d GRaphic. direct x is up to date and everything else is aswell i jsut bought the CO version today.

i fixed it so thanks for the quick reply. also i was wondering why there is a gaint blure in the game.

Go to video settings in game and turn off post processing effects

If your HDR/post processing is turned off then either your graphics card settings or driver is messed up, or maybe a hardware problem.

Going to need a lot more info to help you. Gaint and blure are not even words, we are assuming you mean giant blur.
