I love watching DayZ overpoch and i want to play it but what do i download. Arma 2 from steam and then download the Arma 2 DayZ mod or just the normal Dayz which is £20 on steam ?? Cheers

You can quite easily google this for yourself. But here you go:

 

Download & Buy Arma 2 and Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead.

 

Then you need to download the Dayz Mod itself not the standalone version (£20) You'd also need to download Overwatch Mod. And the Epoch Mod.

 

You have to run Arma 2 once. And Run arma 2 Operation Arrowhead once

 

Thats the basics. Google the question for a more in depth answer my friend

there is an epoch forum you would be better suited to post this in but essentially you need to download epochmod and overwatch mod then launch Arma 2 with    

-mod=@Dayz_epoch;@Dayzoverwatch. or install one of the many launchers. Regular Dayz does not get loaded with that mod. They basically took all of Rocket and R4z0rs code added a few (mostly junky) things and called it their own code.
