What would you do?

Recommended Posts

I know we can be 90% sure that this wont happen anytime soon,

but what if Rocket decided enough was enough and stopped the DayZ project.

What games would you all go back too, if any? Would you decide time to give your other half more attention lol?

I stopped putting all my effort into eve online because of Dayz, but i don't think i could go back to that game now, so proberly would be lost in limbo lol...

disscuss if you like....

Dawnguard is coming out pretty soon for Skyrim. I'd get into that, then hopefully I'll get my beta invite to Planetside 2. that game is looking phenominal.

This really belongs in off-topic, but anyway:

I was playing 'Achtung Panzer: Operation Star' when DayZ popped up on my radar, and sometimes I wish Rocket would release an absolutely gamebreaking patch so I would be forced to go back. That game is absolutely amazing, but I just can't tear myself off of this one at the moment.

I can warmly recommend APOS though if you have any interest in tactical battles and strategic campaigns.

It is, it is abso-bloody-lutely excellent! It differs from the usual RTT mold by having engagements at more realistic distances, no tanks sitting on top of each other here, no sir. Also, no vehicle 'health bars', every shot and impact is traced and calculated in the engine. It's a nerds paradise! Kinda like ArmA in its way, actually.

Maybe I'd actually be able to get to the master league in SC 2 if I didn't keep getting distracted by Day Z. That and League of Legends is always a blast.

Maybe Dayz will end up being dlc for Arma 3, maybe it will end up a standalone game, maybe even a mmo, who knows.

Atleast we been apart of an amazing experience, and for that we salute you DayZ staff.
