splash screen? do you mean thumbnail if so i created it using a google image of dayz and overlaying it with the writing 

and have had alot of people say that in recent videos have changed the audio mix imputs to hopefully improve it

Do whatever you like, because that's what you should be doing, but some advice: Don't try to mimic what he does, try to be more unique bro :)
