Need help gettting map cord's for NAPF

I am needing to make a safezone. all I need are the Map cords of an area on the NAPF map.

 

the location is the area to the East of Ruemlingen in the North the 2 houses and the barn at the end of the road.

this is the format I need it below. Howver I have no idea how they came up with these and how to create my own.

            [[4063.4226,11664.19],200,true], 

 

I have tried to figure it out but my GPS uses the same numbers for the area that I want to make my safezone in.

any help in this matter would be awesome

1. 63, 78 would be the first coordinate
2. 40, 116 would be the second coordinate

You take the coordinates, divide them by 100 and have the map-position. The 200 is most likely the compass-orientation (ranges from 0 to 360)

 

Even thought you're most likely taking this from a vehicle, trying to track that?

these are 2 separate areas

the numbers above were taken from a cfg file as areas that are to be marked Safe Zones.

 

the 200 is the range of the zone (I think).   I just don't know how to mark off an area

using the co-ords. I tried using the GPS but it retured  a number 114043 when I tried to get the number to make a box around the area at the 4 corners the numbers did not change N/S stayed the same whiole East/West did change.

 

 

I still have no idea really as how they came across with these numbers to create the Zone
