Admin restart characters of everyone in the server

Me and 40 people had our characters reseted as fresh spawn, then lost all our gears.

This happened only in a specific server : I asked to people I know in another server and they didn't been reseted.

Admins also put a message in red to tell everyone they had been reseted.

The server name is :

[GRZ] NY | 1-2 Hr Restarts | TONS OF LOOT! | 24/7 Daytime | TS

(it's a Third person server)
