Jaguarrior 0 Posted September 1, 2014 (edited) This is my first time playing DayZ and every time I click Play or Change Server it says "receiving" in the upper left-hand corner and then crashes to the error below. I have turned off anti-virus and Windows Defender. I have updated DirectX and graphics card drivers. My mobo doesn't support SLI. I am running as admin. I have checked the "Disable desktop compositiion" box in Compatibility tab. I have tried every conceivable solution I have found on the web and nothing is working. I've also included dxdiag below the error message. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DayZ has stopped working Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: DayZ.exe Application Version: 0.46.124.453 Application Timestamp: 53b1ff49 Fault Module Name: DayZ.exe Fault Module Version: 0.46.124.453 Fault Module Timestamp: 53b1ff49 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 0038e31c OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 0a9e Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789 Additional Information 3: 0a9e Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------System Information------------------Time of this report: 8/31/2014, 23:28:23 Machine name: JAGUARRIOR Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.140303-2144) Language: English (Regional Setting: English)System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. SmashT 10907 Posted September 20, 2014 Please report crashes on the bug tracker following the instructions in the pinned topic. Although people on here are very helpful with most other issues, crashes are something they cannot assist you with. They require crash dumps and other relevant information sent to the development team for analysis. http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/186540-my-dayz-crashed-what-do-i-do/
