"waiting for character to create"

ok igot this issue.. in the loading screen of me trying to get in a server it says "waiting for character to create" but nothing happens, i cant get into game :S any idea how i fix this?

Did you make sure that you have the correct version installed as the server (should tell you in the servername)?

 

And did you try different servers?

it happens in all servers i think.. (i tried 2).. well sometimes i can get on the server, sometimes i cant.. i gotta close it and open it again :C and maybe i can play then
