What happen with my graphics?

It's your HDR Quality setting because it was set to Very Low. I had mine screw up on me once and everything looked horrible with weird things like you're seeing. Also look up at the sky near the sun you would see faint rainbow color bands and in the dark shadows too ;).

 

Change the setting back to Low and that will fix your problem.

I don't see the problem, your game looks fine to me. My guess would be you mean the ATOC(alpha to coverage) setting which enhances the look of trees and grass.
