Yeah, I aimed down my sights. I made him bleed once for sure. Now I'm wondering if there's a better option then the AKM?

I think I had my sights set wrong. At the time I didn't know what the number on the top right hand corner of the screen represented (distance the gun is set to shoot POI). Now I roll with my AKM set to 100yrds  for close combat situations. I went to Balota today, found and AKM, loads of 5.56, AK101 mags ,etc. Unfortunately I couldn't locate the AK101 to take advantage of all that ammo. I settled for the AKM and a few drum mags (be careful with those drum mags. You need to have four spaces in your inventory empty, If you reload by accident and don't have four spaces open you lose the drum mag. It just disappears in to the ether).
