a question that has always bugged me

Recommended Posts

So i've my trusty pistol in my hand, light turned on, sight also switched on & I holster my weapon. The next time I draw my weapon the light and sight are still on - but were they on while the weapon was holstered & still using power? or, did they switch on auto when I re-draw the weapon?

I have no idea, I have seen the flashlight staying on before in a chest holster, but the same thing happens when you use it straight from the backpack.

everything stays on. But since battery's are not running out of power, it is hard to check whether they are on or not, since there is no power loss.

I've run the battery down in a pistol light before by leaving it on and in my backpack. never paid any attention to the sight, I just always have to remember to turn it on when I load to a server and so far it always comes on.
