Ammo box and protector case spawns?

Hey guys, I've been looking all over the place for these 2 things, did a full run through NWAF, vybor, green mountain, Zaleno, and balota on 2 servers and I couldn't find any! I even killed a few people on the way and nada! Are they spawning in stable as of 0.48?

I've found protector cases in fire stations.  I do not know whether they still spawn there in 0.48. 

 

Never found an ammo box.

They spawn, I found a protector case in an inn in some little seaside village yesterday.

Only places I've found protector cases were at fire stations and once at the red single story inn.

Ammo boxes I've found at jails, barracks and once at a construction site

Found two protector cases at the NWAF fire station last night, and a 300 round box at a crash site at the same location in a single sweep. Why? Because I was actually looking for a can opener at the time...
