Helicopter spawn probability

 Do you people know what is the probability of a designated heli-spawn area to spawn an actual helicopter? What is the chance to meet an actual downed copter in a marked location?

I believe its simply uniformly distributed at the spawn points. So if we got 74 spawns and 3 per server the probability would be 3/74 ~ 4,05%.

 

Edit:

Actually if we can be sure that each spawn can spawn only one helicopter the probability increases to 1/74+1/73+1/72 ~ 4,11%. But thats not much of a change so about 1 out of 25 is probably a good guess.
