What do you think is the future of Dayz SA?

What do you guys think dayz will be like in the future?

 

To be honest I think Dayz will eventually have a nice, smooth polished end product at the end of a long development process.

:D To be perfectly honest I don't think this game will ever reach the Beta stage in my lifetime :D

Hard to say. It's getting better. At a slow and steady pace.

*Risk Management: Pretty broad. Beefed up survival mechanics. More intense zombies. More danger and risks to manage from the environment itself. 80ish people servers.
*Traps: Bear traps, pointy sticks, improvised explosives, claymore mines, rigged shotguns, trip wires, ect So much can be done with traps!
*Choice-Based Crafting: That involves the re-use of several materials--to hopefully make you think about what you use your scarce materials on.

There are a consortium of other things I want---but these things would add the most spice, per say, to gameplay with the least amount of radical change!

Well they've already made their money on the pre Alpha, no real reason to put much effort into the future. Once Rocket is gone, they'll push out a semi  finished product and move on to the next project. The development has taken so long, there are many other developers working on similar games types now and will eventually get their product out either before or at the same time as DayZ. Can't wait to see DayZ 2 lol.

I love how people get insight into beign a software tester this gamey way....HA....

 

there might be a acumulation of software and hardware working together at the end of this tho...

I'm pretty positive. Persistence is a huge step forward and something that I didn't see happening only a month ago. I think by the end of the year we'll be looking at a radically different beast.

Future of Dayz is the mod community.

 

As for gameplay the future is fluidity, dynamic gameplay and procedural spawns.
