Ransurian 23 Posted August 13, 2014 Maybe it's intentional, but it's kind of annoying infuriating to have to search through every obscure nook and cranny for information on new items / features / et cetera whenever they're implemented. "Items added: SMERSH vest" ...And that's it. It doesn't detail whether or not it's possible to wear SMERSH vests over existing vests, since they're so low-profile. It doesn't mention where they spawn, although I'm tentatively assuming they're exclusive to heli crash sites. It doesn't mention how many slots they have, and so on and so forth. There's next to no detailed information. Why? I mean, really. Why?

As in, learn what things can / can't do, spawn points, etc.. Edited August 13, 2014 by SFRGaming

pale1776 375 Posted August 13, 2014 Because you are supposed to test it yourself instead of getting every little bit of information served on a silver tablet.Youre on a roll today man, good job.Well, I WOULD like some info, as Im not playing since my courses are more important. But, I also like the feeling I get when I pattern and learn, just like when I started DayZ Mod. So no, dont add it.
doctajones 123 Posted August 14, 2014 They probably want people to experiment and try everything to see if it does work, or if bugs occur. If everyone knew "SMERSH vest not compatible with X/Y/Z," the chance of people trying anyways decreases by a ton, and you never know when something unintended may occur and slip by.
