timer before you can press respawn

title of this is pretty unclear so let me explain that to you.
so when you get knock out you can press instantly respawn i don't like that because it is unrealistic and if someone knocks you out he might just want to do something to you like take you as hostage or something.i think something between 30-60 seconds would be good time.but if you die you could press restart right away because no point for be waiting.

Well since you already have a respawn timer after clicking respawn, why not just put the timer BEFORE clicking respawn and not AFTER?
