Does loot respawn when you hide a body?

If i were to kill everybody on the server who had decked out gear and hid all their bodies, would there be little to no gear on the map or would they respawn at a random place?

Loot respawn in simplification works like this:

 

If you pick up any item from building, a random item respawn somewhere in 4 kilometers radius.

 

So if you pick up rotten kiwi in Kabanino you may trigger AKM spawn in Veresnik military base and so on.

Ah.. so thats why I find crazy amounts of guns out in nowhere and only boots in the cities. Then I guess one should pick up the trash items and dump them outside when inside considered good buildings. Just to make it enjoyable for someone looting it hours later.
