Does anyone know how to fix it?
Reinstall the game several times, repaired the local files, I changed profiles and nothing helps ...

Try to join a server with your other character. (If u have no Character spawn and be a brainburger for zombies.)

then disconnect and Tadaa it should work.

I have the same issue and can only chance it when i spawned one time after game start.

Did you try going into your Video settings and back out? I know that's fixed similar issues for me before.

Check your screen resolution as the menu shown in your screenshot looks offset to the left.

 

You should be running a screen resolution of 100% and check your text settings they may be the problem.
