I would really enjoy the option to tie rope onto someone's handcuffs and be able to leash them around(forcefully).  Being able to relocate your hostage is the whole point in hostage taking.  Imagine how many people are going to be actually robbed and then driven out into the woods naked to have to run back to civilization ... holy shit I will never kill again if I can do this!  Sure some people will blow you up at gas stations, but isn't that more thrilling than just getting sniped and you don't even see of hear another player.  Also while I'm thinking about handcuffs, cuffing someone from behind should stop them from drawing anything that isn't in their pants(keys to escape) and cuffed from the fron they could get into everything except their backpack.  Or if two players could latch their grips on a handcuffed player and drag them around.  Moving hostages would be epic.  When cars are in you could handcuff someone, put a bag on their head, strip them naked, drag them into the trunk(if the vehicle has a trunk big enough), and then drive far away to dump them in the middle of no where.  Also you should be able to sprint with your hands cuffed in front of you.  

 

IF TLDR:  HANDCUFFS NEED ROPE LEASHES FOR FORCED PRISONER MOVEMENT!!!!

P.S. the only negative i can think of is people capturing bambi's and making them slaves ... the trick then would be to never stop fighting because even if they break your leg you can roll away from being cuffed i think ... if not im sure spinning on the ground would stop someone from being cuffed, unless there is a wrestling system being implemented >.< lol

Maybe you could tie it to the top of a building and throw them over :P

or find spools of metal wire to use to tie up their hands so they cant break out of it.
