Make sure you have no programs open that you have allocated a large amount of bandwith for, i.e. programs that constantly download things. Also, make sure you're obviously not downloading something at the time.

Do you have some sort of firewall enabled?

Try restarting your computer. That fixes it for me sometimes.

You must not have enough bandwidth, Your bandwidth must have decreased since the last time you were playing the game normally, You send and receive packets while playing and if you dont have enough bandwidth your ping should go up

and my bandwidth should be fine as i was playing it fine with me and my cousin yesterday on day z standalone

May also be an issue with your internet service quality, the time of day maybe an issue due to you perhaps playing in 'peak' time. For example, late night/early morning you maybe able to buffer a 1080p youtube video no worries, but come the peak period of the day (business hours) you may need to degrade to 480p to view the video smoothly.

Also, you may have other family members or wireless devices using up your bandwidth, what has changed since you played last?

If you want more help post more information, Ul/s & Dl/s would be helpful. (Use this link to find your Ul/s and Dl/s)

A few things that could be eating up your bandwidth:

Skype: make sure you're signed out and the process is ended.

Google Chrome (Or any other browser)

Steam (Downloading something)

Other people using the internet

Tons more that could be causing the ping jumping up like that but these are just a few basic things I can think of.

EDIT: Also, NEVER turn off your firewall. It's not needed, EVER.
