Compass with bearings?

I think there should be 2 kinds of compasses, (if that's plural for compass) the default one with have now, only showing N, W, S, E and a military one. Showing all bearings and directions, easier to point out where the enemy is while playing in group

I meant exact bearings, otherwise you'd just say for example north east
