If you're running it on a personal computer how is 3 gb a lot?..

I suggest you get a LOT more ram if you want to run a server on a personal computer.

No, this is a dedicated server (not virtual), running a public hive connected server.

 

The game is right now using 2.6GB

It cost ALOT to upgrade to more ram.

It's a well know issue on arma, both on client and server side.

That's why the game is slowing down after few minutes on client side.

However the game memory allocation is limited to 2GB in RAM, you have 2.6 in total and I don't think you will get more and that more RAM will solve anything.

Despite this memory figure, what is the issue you experience?

My dedicated virtual server has the same memory overflow problems. Keep getting "not enough memory for 14 players" and then "server dying to often".
