Stuck! Please Help

so my character is stuck in water... idk how but when i ran into the pond my backpack and mosin disappeared when my character started to do the swimming action so i ran back looking for it in the shallow end where i ran into the pond and i knelled  down to look for them in the water but they werent there and when i took out my fire axe they re-appeared on me and now my guy is in the water glitched and i cant move or turn my character around unless i use the ALT key to move my screen around and my screen has a constant twitch as if my character is falling down and coming back up quickly please help

The gear disappearing when in water for a while is a known bug. You've gotta get your head above water, look up if you can. I once had it blinking glitching which sorta sounds like what you have, I think it was very cloudy and possibly night out. I logged out and back into a server where it was about noon (daytime) and it had gone away. Survive!

Thanks for the feed back but I looked it up and youtube and this guy had the same glitch as me and i just had to spam "W" and "V" and i eventually got out.
