Spawn Points only North East?

Why do I only spawn in the North East side of the map? I always spawn near Krasnostav, Svetlojarsk, Novodmitrovsk, Dolina, Khelm etc. Is this normal?

 

It would be cool to spawn more South West, West of the map.

Go to the Search Bar, click on the little cog, type in the little box spawn points, select "Only search in titles" and take a look.
