ya was not taking any risk, i seen the gun come out and him turn in my direction, for all i know the next step for him was to shoot, and i was a lone there so i shot first.

i dont care that you killed him but ya a bit of an over reaction imo, if he had started pointing it at you - that's another story.

ive seen plenty of players at that jail even on low to medium pops, it has become popular.

So that tower at about 2:55, I log in the other day, basically right under it and there was a guy up there with a Mosin + LRS. I think he was more surprised when I yelled, "Hey bro! Not the best spot!" All in all tho, it worked out, he climbed down and gave me an sks :) Moral of the story... If you use that tower, people may spawn in under you.
