tent question?

Hi guys, so I have a question or 2 about the new tents.

 

1: Whats the point of them if the stuff inside goes away after a server reset?

 

2: can you go inside of them, and shoot or eat or do anything from inside?

 

3: where do they spawn and how rare are they?

the stuff will not go away when they are fix, and not sure if it does as is, you can find them in the hunting shacks, not the stands, as well as in castles. I know you can go inside, thats how you get the gear option to pop up, as for eating or shooting i m not sure but would not see why not.
