Pub Roof, Known glitch or teleported there?

Not seen anyone do this before. Is this a known glitch? or did he teleport up there?

You can climb up there using the scaffolding around the rear of the buildings i believe, not tried it myself though.

The pub in Svetlo can be climbed by using the scaffolding on the sidewalk.  if you look at your video, after you shoot that kid and zoom out, the way up is on the right side.  On a side note, it's nice to know that a roof is a solid surface in this game and that you don't just phase through it.

Me and my friends found this spot, talked about how good of a spot it was, then 2 minutes later all 3 of us were sprayed down by an m4, there's not much cover up there!

 

You can also get ontop of the store Chernaya Polana using the scaffolding, and from the store roof you can get to the garages just north
