Banned for bad language/never used the chat

Hello guys,

I got banned on the server Germany / Cologne (94.23.231.136:2352) for bad language. But since i never used the chat, i couldnt be banned for that reason.

I think i got banned because i went into a big camp. Maybe the camp of the admin, since he banned me. It was marked on the map (GPS: 093011). So i went into the camp and there were tons of tents and vehicle, with about 10 bisons(PP19) and 40clips for them.

a few nvg about 20 gps and a lot of other weapons i never saw before an DayZ (maybe hacker or exploit, forgot to take a screenshot).

After looking at all the tents (lot of stuff), i picked a DMR and some ammo and went on the hill over the camp and waited there for them.

Suddenly a guy in ghillie appeared, i shot him twice(not sure if i killed him) a Few minutes after that, i got kicked of the game.

And now when i relogged 2 hours later i got banned for bad language.

Now, what can i do? What should i do?

Iam the Admin of this Server, Someone told me You use ESP So i banned you for hacking ( Hit the Wrong button for bad Language :D ) i now nothing about this Camp i just get en E-Mail That someone is Hacking thats Everything =)

You should really check evidence before you just randomly ban someone...

He could be completely innocent for all you know. Imagine what would happen if I e-mailed Rocket saying you were doing something illegal with your DayZ server and he just believed it?

Its also funny that you get an email and ban someone with no evidence for cheating, right after he finds a camp and kills someone.

You should have screenshotted the tent Auxadin, 40x GPS definitely sounds like someone has been naughty, or some insane server hopping/barracks camping.

I was in the area so I checked the coords you gave. Looks like some major duping has been going on there.

There were about 25 tents in a huge mess, a lot of them had dupes of trash items in them (Heatpacks, flares etc), most of them were empty/trash with the exception of one tent that had 6 GPS, 4 ghillie suits and 1 camo in there.

The rest has been cleared out though, all that remains is the tents.

Sounds really fishy to me, probably just another case of the admin abuse that is rampant in DayZ but they cant really do anything about it since you cant really prove anything. I dont care about the odd cheater or the bugs, but the abuse by so many server admins is really destroying high level play in my opinion.

I looked at the stats for the game, and noticed something.

Its quite the coincidence that right after he was kicked from the server, you relogged and it appears that you had died, which kind of matches his story and contradicts yours.

Still banned, and the admin is currently playing, so hopefully i get unbanned in the next hours, have to refind the camp to take screenshots.

I think you should start to get a life and stop chasing some people just because they achived more then you. Its still just a game( at least for people which have a life).

I wish some of you would just shut up with the whining and move on to another server. Yes, you were banned for probably a BS reason, but doesnt meant your life has to stop there, just go on another in the mean time, a reputable one, which there are some.

Seriously, I say dont get attached to your gear or the server you play on, both can be gone in an instance.

If you guys put as much effort into testing the Alpha, not even a Beta yet, as you do with all the policing, whining, OMGLOSTMYGEAR!, and whatever else you children cry about on here, I think alot of bugs would be uncovered and dealt with, not only that more people playing is good for some of the servers who have no one in them and owners who WANT them populated.

Just think about it, the common sense I am trying to give you, seeing as most lack it on here.
