Recommended Posts

Hello,

I recently bought DayZ on my Steam Account. I am having this one issue were every server i go on continuously says "Losing Connection (then numbers appear going from 1 to usually 15 then i leave the server).

Things i have tried:

Re-Pairing Steam Via Control Panel

Port Forward all Steam Ports including port 2302

Re-Start my Router

Make sure no one else is using Bandwidth while i am playing

Re-Start my PC

Some other information:

I am connected to the internet via a Enthernet cord.

This happened to me when I used to play mw2, and I tried restarting my pc and I did a power-cycle. I also had a Ethernet cable. Usually if it happened if I got off and tried it again 10 minutes later it worked flawlessly. dayz might be different obviously but I would say just try again later, otherwise I don't know what to tell ya, sorry.

I think i'll probably turn off my router for a good 5 minutes or so, i report back if i have any more issues.
