Interaction with objects

Recommended Posts

In my opinion, a major improvement the game should have is the interaction with the objects that are already in the game. This would make the game much more realistic and deep... For example, (it's only an early example, just to make things clear) you could "unmount" a chair and get some pieces of wood. With them, you could lit a fire, for example. I think you know what I mean... Anyway, I would appreciate more examples of this kind and opinions about it.

I agree, I hate everytime I see a radio on a table and cant do anything with it. Or I see a refridgerator that could have food in it but cannot be opened. You get the point. I actually think they are going to add containers that can be opened and looted, such as fridges and cabinets

I would love for the initial barricade system that goes into place just being the ability to move tables, chairs and other furnishings around in houses to block off doors and windows. I suspect it would take a substantial rewrite of the way buildings are in the code, but would still be an amazingly fun way to work on blocking off a building.
