Does Dayz Commander still work?

Hello I am a new player to Dayz and after watching some videos and reading up about the mod I read that the best way to download the mod and other variations of the mod would be to go through Dayz Commander however, after trying to install the mod it came up with an error saying it was unable to the mod. What I am asking is does Dayz Commander still work?

For all the Arma/DayZ servers that has moved on to the Steam Network. All future Arma patches will only be distributed by Steam so this really is the way to go.

No idea. Different people prefer different loaders but dayz commander has always been the best, most reliable and easy to use in my view.

I have found that Day Z Commander works for some servers and not others. I tried to get into a Sahrani Epoch server last night and I couldn't connect via Commander, but it worked for Day Z Launcher. Same thing for a Lingor Epoch server.

And yes, I have updated all of the mods, arma, etc. I filter my Commander server to only see same arma version and same mod versions. I like Commander, because it is easier, but whatever it takes to play the game is what I use.
