Dayz Resolution Messed Up!

PLEASE HELP ME! I logged off of Dayz Standalone like I usually do when Im done playing. When I log back in, (boot up the game), my Resolution is all messed up! My Resolution Settings are all the same since when they were my the right Resolution but its all Scrunched up now. Its the most annoying thing I dont know how to fix it! PLEASSEEE! HELP ME!!!!

Is it like your resolution is really low but in your settings it seems to be normal? I had the same when i messed around with the settings. Maybe we can figure it out!

 

First of all, is your desktop resolution ok?
