aralvar 1 Posted July 20, 2014 I've sent in a few tickets to them and they've all been responded to in a timely manner. DayZ.ST has yet to respond to a single e-mail that I've sent them. Tang0ed 24 Posted July 20, 2014 Ive found Vilayer to be very good tbh i have 2 servers with them and have just canceled a server i have had for over 1 year with dayz.st as their support is non existant, at the start you waited 3 days but this last 4-5 months forget about it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
vinyljunkie 165 Posted July 20, 2014 (edited) No clue, I am very happy with both their customer support, their hardware and their control panel for managing your server.They always answer to questions within one or two days and do more than what is expected.
