Why do people say Vilayer has bad customer service?

I've sent in a few tickets to them and they've all been responded to in a timely manner. DayZ.ST has yet to respond to a single e-mail that I've sent them. I know people don't like Vilayer for some of the things they've done but I've got to say, they beat DayZ.ST into the ground.

I didn't hear many people say that lately, but I know their customer-support can be really unprofessional and everything but helpful.

Hm, yes I can see now why some people would have an issue with their customer support, especially the people who run the forums. I guess this is a case of "It didn't happen to me, so I don't see the problem."

Ive found Vilayer to be very good tbh i have 2 servers with them and have just canceled a server i have had for over 1 year with dayz.st as their support is non existant, at the start you waited 3 days but this last 4-5 months forget about it

No clue, I am very happy with both their customer support, their hardware and their control panel for managing your server.

They always answer to questions within one or two days and do more than what is expected. Very nice indeed!

 

I've been with them since early march this year.
