banned CD-key

hi i was was banned on my account so i made a new one and it asks me if i want to get i from my other account or buy it again so if i buy combined operations again will it give me a new CD-key so i can play on that sever.

DayZ doesn't handle banned CD keys. Go to BattlEye for that. To be constructive, I'm pretty sure you'll need a new Steam account to play again unbanned. I don't know. I've never hacked.

am I a good mod?

It's unlikely you'll get any solution other than to purchase a new copy of Arma 2. As land walrus said it will have to be done on a new steam account otherwise you'll still be banned from Battleye.
