server reset

I've seen that some servers reset every 2 hours. This is just so loot respawns, right? The time and weather stays the same or do they reset too?

Usually the time will reset to 8:00 AM, but i believe that is all at the discretion of the server admin. ]

 

And weather is random as far as i know.

Also, how soon does the experimental updates transfer to the stable servers?

That varies greatly, depends on how experimental things are, sometimes they try things that just dont work out and it can take weeks to get fixed and sent to stable.
