Can you apply image filters ingame?

Is there any way to apply any sort of filters or play with ingame settings to make my game look this beautiful?

The game looks way better with the rendering and quality settings maxed out. HDR, ambient occlusion, bloom, etc. It will probably run like crap though.

Yeah Sweetfx Manin.. but you will sometimes get a small performance hit. It will make the game look amazing though with the right settings.
