Arma 2 out of date

Im using Play withsix to download the DayZ mods and i got that all going and its alright. I went to go play on some DayZ servers and it said my version was out of date 1.63 vs 1.62. It said to enable beta patch in game options but i could never find it. I decided to go see if i could download it from arma2 site but its been under maintenance for over 12 hours and im wondering if it will ever come back up. Question is, how can i update my arma 2 to 1.63?

Edit: Went around looking in the play withsix mods for arma2 and found a way to change versions so now it should be working fine

    My question is, why would one play Arma 2 DayZ nowadays? I understand that it's a classic game, but with Breaking Point and wasteland for Arma 3, and DayZ SA, why would one play Arma 2 with it's horrible graphics and optimization? Boggles my mind :L

Perhaps that is for the best then.  For us DayZ Mod players, that is.
