Day z resolution error

So I just bought and installed DayZ about mins ago from steam, I started it up and I immediately noticed how large the screen resolution was and that the screen seemed extremely pixeleted, after messing around with the graphics, I fixed the resolution error but the screen kept looking Pixelated to the point where I couldn't even read the text. Please help
